UN to Withdraw Troops from Malakal Protection of Civilians Site.
The United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) has announced plans to withdraw its troops from the Malakal Protection of Civilians (PoC) site in Upper Nile State, as the facility is set to be handed over to government authorities.
