He stated, “Africa has the most active conflicts in the world. To handle this, we need strong partnerships and teamwork across the continent. We can’t rely on others for Africa’s security. All our challenges can be managed or solved. We have seen what is possible.”
The Rwandan leader urged African nations to take collective responsibility for their security, stressing that none of the continent’s challenges are beyond its capacity to manage or resolve.
